Goldenholm is a grazing property on the Yass River, close to Canberra. We raise beef cattle and deliver direct to our customers in the Canberra region.
Goldenholm Biodynamic Beef is competitively priced at $15.35* kg for a full 1/4, and delivered to your door. Each quarter contains a full range of cuts (see our order form).
Our beef is all labelled and packed in small portions – to serve 2-3 people - for maximum flexibility in planning your meals.
Our delicious sausages are gluten-free and contain no preservatives or food colouring.
Smaller quantities such as 1/8th are available from $16.95* kg and include the same cuts as the full quarter. This is ideal for the smaller family, couple or single entertainer. An eighth (approximately 18 kgs) fits snugly into the top of a normal fridge-freezer.
Our beef is aged for nearly 3 weeks to bring out the tenderness and flavour of natural grass-fed cattle.
